Convenient overdrafts

Citi Commercial Bank current account clients can have access to an overdraft facility. Overdrafts offer the reassurance that payments and cash withdrawals are honored, enabling you to get business done, and protecting your company’s reputation, even when your current account balance is negative. The benefit of this type of loan facility is that it provides automatic and flexible access to a credit line. As incoming payments to the account immediately go towards paying off the loan, you also have a lower interest to pay.

Working capital

When, in a given period of time, your company’s accounts payable exceeds the time of maturing receivables, working capital needs arise. Working capital and other short-term borrowing can be funded through a renewable facility. This permits fresh borrowing at any time on the line of credit already repaid, with interest charged only on the portion used.

Term loans

Larger capital expenditure and long-term business expansion can be funded through term loans. These are flexible loans where the amount, term and repayment schedule can be set in line with Citi’s credit policy and according to the client’s business needs.

Investment loans

Expanding the capacity of a plant, purchasing equipment or major business developments, such as acquiring property, are best funded by an investment loan.

Your cash flow determines the term of the loan, length of any payment window and the repayment schedule making investment loans uniquely tailored to your business.

The loan can be drawn down flexibly as a lump sum or according to a predefined schedule in line with the progress of your investment project. The term of the loan, the length of any grace period and the repayment schedule are defined by the project financing requirements and the cash flow generation capacity of your company.

Financial solutions are subject to Citi Romania credit decision.
