Mihawk holds the title of the strongest swordsman in the world that means Mihawk beat Shanks. Mihawk could use haki. Shanks only uses his sword and haki to fight. Yonko title doesn't mean you are the strongest, it means you rule part of the new world and have thousands of followers.
It's still unknown if he ever won/lost to shanks, however, they're known as rivals. It's safe to say that they were equal in combat, until shanks lost an arm.
Speaking of shanks, I don't think he fights with sword alone. In video games he used his fist, kicks, sword, and a gun. He's also a speed type fighter.
Shanks vs Hawkeye individually then Hawkeye has the advantage due to shanks getting his arm cut off, but if it was by titles then simply shanks wins because shanks has a full crew and has a large territory in the new world which means he has several domains having the advantage over Dracule, but since the question is did Mihawk beat shanks but the question should be did they fight after shanks incident well I don't think so because Hawkeye understands that it would just be a waste of time and he knows he has the advantage and would win.

Shanks
"Red-Haired" Shanks, commonly known as just "Red Hair", is the chief of the Red Hair Pirates and one of the Four Emperors that rule over the New World.
. Mihawk could use haki. Shanks only uses his sword and haki to fight. Yonko title doesn't mean you are the strongest, it means you rule part of the new world and have thousands of followers.
Based on the fact that Oda has carefully chosen his words and decided to say that Mihawk only surpasses Shanks at swordplay, it is implied that Shanks is, overall, the stronger fighter. If Shanks and Mihawk were to engage in a duel of pure swordplay, it would be clear for one to see that Mihawk would stand at the top.
Since then, Mihawk has refused to duel Shanks because of his lost arm, leading many fans to believe that Mihawk now considers Shanks an unworthy opponent.
Defeating Mehawk is nearly impossible for Luffy even with his gear 5. Mehawk was one of the seven warlords and was famous as a marine hunter. He was not only one of the seven warlords, but he was also the strongest of them. He is the rival of our current most powerful character in one piece Yonko Shanks.
In reality, Mihawk and Shanks fought many times, and a victor was never decided. Afterwards, Shanks lost his arm, and Mihawk was disgusted that Shanks was defeated by something other than himself. In the process, Shanks' swordsmanship was also affected by losing his arm, which prompted Mihawk to end their duels.
Mihawk possesses tremendous skill that Zoro cannot match at the moment. Although the Straw Hat Swordsman, especially in his King Of Hell form, is very powerful, he still cannot best Mihawk. Much of that is down to the fact that he cannot keep his newfound powers up for long and his Haki is not as refined.
In the past, Mihawk was a rival to one of the most powerful pirates in the world, Shanks. However, Mihawk lost interest in him after Shanks lost his left arm. He retains a neutral, though somewhat friendly relationship with Shanks, and is able to track him down if the need arises.
While he has become jaded regarding the abilities of other swordsmen, due to facing numerous weaker opponents, he is able to recognize talent. In fact, he has a desire to see Zoro surpass him after having witnessed Zoro's incredible will and determination after their battle.
Mihawk and Shanks are equal in strength, but Shanks surpasses Mihawk in terms of haki usage. While Mihawk could potentially defeat Kaido, it would still be a challenging battle for him. As for Gear 5 Luffy, he wouldn't be able to defeat Mihawk and Shanks in his incomplete form of Gear 5 that defeated Kaido.
Mihawk was strong enough to compete with Shanks once upon a time and, currently, given that he is in his prime, he can certainly challenge the Yonko. Even though Blackbeard is extremely overpowered, Mihawk is someone who can certainly hold his own against him and, perhaps, even win.
Dracule Mihawk is a partial villain in One Piece, an antagonist who clashes with the Straw Hat crew in a non-committal way. Mihawk represents pragmatic neutrality, making smart choices and alliances to ensure his survival and success in the Grand Line.
Mihawk enters the world of Naruto and has to adhere to the limits and laws of that world, so in my opinion that would make him as strong as a High Tier Kage, probably around Sage Kabuto's or Healthy Itachi's power; in which case Minato would win but barely unless he has Kurama cloak in which case he would win with diff ...
He is most likely stronger than every crewmate of Shanks other than Ben Beckman, and he is stronger than everyone in Blackbeard's crew. IMO, the only people who are definitely stronger than Mihawk are the Yonko, Akainu, Aokiji, Garp, Sengoku and Dragon. Doflamingo got his ass handed over to him by a couple of rookies.
We all know that he is the greatest swordsman which means he is the strongest among the swordmen in swordsmanship. However, he is a bit of a coward when picking fights.
Mihawk represents pragmatic neutrality, making smart choices and alliances to ensure his survival and success in the Grand Line. One Piece needs more characters like Mihawk, who bring unpredictability and nuance to the story with their gray morality.
Dracule Mihawk, better known as Hawk Eyes, is recognized as the “World's Greatest Swordsman” in One Piece right now. Being the best swordsman of his generation, his swordsmanship skills are unmatched. Even Oda admitted that Mihawk's mastery over swords is far superior to his rival Shanks.
A battle between Monkey D. Luffy and Dracule Mihawk would be very entertaining, but that doesn't seem to be in the cards for either party. Luffy's right-hand man, Roronoa Zoro, is destined to defeat Mihawk in combat.
