SummaryThe HRT Optimization Program Manager provides expertise in all HR systems for process analysis, design, and problem-solving in a complex, multi-system environment with focus on end-to-end processes and impacts. The HRT Optimization Program Manager will act as the liaison between business teams, EBS, HR Shared Services, Payroll, and Kronos for system integrations, enhancements, and issue fixes; Responsible for translating business needs to effective design recommendations, system/data analysis, instituting design in the system, and participating in testing and deployment activities. The HRT Optimization Program Manager conducts and presents quantitative and qualitative analyses of cross-functional people and payroll data in collaboration with business teams. The HRT Optimization Program Manager will lead functional configuration analysis supporting small to large-scale projects for all aspects of SAP updates and feature releases, interfaces, data related projects across core functional areas and providing leadership to additional project team members. The HRT Optimization Program Manager will be responsible for leveraging business acumen and subject matter expertise, gain and have a thorough understanding of HR and client's business priorities, strategy, and direction; has expert-level experience, and uses professional concepts along with company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
Job FunctionsPerform Lead duties for reporting, gathering requirements, performing proof of concepts and hands-on configurations, along with supporting team members with end-to-end architecture, critical projects, integration, and data strategy in all HR systems.
Provide primary HRT Systems consultation, and hands-on configuration, and ensure that business processes are aligned and optimized.
Identify complex tech solutions for HR systems, with a primary focus on SAP.
Ensure application implementation solutions support the business objectives (asset gathering, cost optimization, client loyalty improvement), as appropriate. Utilize domain knowledge and application portfolio knowledge to play a key role in defining the future state of large, business technology programs.
Support all works streams of an HRT implementation with core focus and configuration, driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to HRT functionality.
Drives company-wide programs and initiatives to implement new/revised HRT business support policies and procedures in line with good practice, HRT project plans and changes to legislation.
EducationBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analysis, Computer Science or related field (Required)
Work ExperienceUp to Seven years of progressive Human Resources, reporting or systems experience (Required)
Advanced experience working with data coming from multiple data sources, including, HR HCM systems (like SAP, SuccessFactors) and business warehouse applications required
Advanced experience with data from applicant tracking/talent onboarding systems preferred
Proven ability using query/reporting and visualization tools: Cognos Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, TOAD and BI Reports.
Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred)HR Information Program (HRIP) certification (Preferred)
