Order are generallyshipped out from our facility within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays)of ordering unless an item is temporarily backordered, a pre-order, or if additionalverification is needed for your order (i.e. bad address, fraud prevention).
Trackable & reliable shipping
Packages are generally shipped via USPS, FedEX, or DHL with trackable service which will be emailed to you once your package is being prepared. If you prefer a delivery with signature confirmation required, please let us know in your order comments and we will be sure to include it at no additional charge. Certain delivery instructions however, we are unable to include with your order (e.g. "bring it around back")

Boxes are amply sized and we do our best to ensure your items are well-protected during shipping. We may add tape over liquid products to help prevent leakage. If an item arrives damaged or an order arrives incorrect, pleasecontact us immediately for assistance.

Orders above $50 are shipped for freewith standard shipping (4-7 business days).
Orders below $50 are shipped for flat rate $6.95 with standard shipping (4-7 business days).

30-Day Limited Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will gladly refund or exchange itwithin 30 days of delivery.However, since we are dealing with beauty and personal care products,forhealth and hygienic concerns,all items returnedmust still be innew and unused/unopened condition.
