has anyone been successful with the 5year extended warranty? wepurchased adryer last year and have had nothing but issues withit. had the repair person out numerous times. each time, the guy says itwas fixed only tofind the next load still didn'tdry. ifeel that this was purposely done inorder toavoid paying for anew unit. come tofind out today that weonly get a50buck payout from manufacturer and the 5year warranty isuseless. secondarily, when the repair person schedules an appointment from 8—5doesn't shop upand calls at445tosay appointment has been cancelled doesn't work forme.… – show

Helpful staff answered myquestions when deciding which TVto purchase. Ihave also purchased arefrigerator, and stand upfreezer from Nino's over the last 5years, and have had noissues
They also offer reasonable warranties asan option.00

We bought aTV here before years ago and had ita long time with noissues sowhen wemoved wedecided toget awasher and dryer set here, our apartment complex had told usit was electric sothat's the set wegot, then wegot toour apartment and itwas gas hookups, Icalled and begged totrade itsince wehadn't opened the box ormoved ityet and they traded usfor agas dryer and they work amazing and wehaven't had any issue with them atall, this place isamazing.

I went into buy adishwasher they had onthere website for 474then when Iget there hesaid they had sold all but one itwas the same item itwas the
one Iwent looking for numbers and all but 200more than advertised hekept telling meit was adifferent one than online and hewouldn't even look atmy phone orthe dishwasher toverify itwas the same one hewas rude and dont plan ongoing back ifthey are going totry and scam people like that00

the only thing Ican think ofis that the advertised price onour website was for anopen box dishwasher with blemishes inthe front and was discounted accordingly and itsold, when you came inwe probably only had the one with noextra discount because ithad noblemishes.

Came here for the second time today tobuy astove after webought our refrigerator from them 2yearsago. They always have prices that can't bebeat, and very friendly and helpful staff! Always recommending this place ifI hear anyone mention that they need some appliances ortvs.

Get prices, great staff. Bought a75inchTV, gas stove and aRefrigerator for under 3grand. Would ofgiven 5stars but unfortunately staff isnot very careful when moving items tobe held for afew days. When Ipaid for mystuff there was noscratches onthe door handles ofthe Refrigerator. When wegot itto the new house and unwrappedit, 2of the door handles were scratchedup. Idshare apicture but imnot finding the option.

Purchased aSamsung Refrigerator onFriday from Nino's. The freezer section was ice cold but the fridge section wouldn't get below57. Contacted Samsung Saturday schedule for atech tocome look atit Monday between 8—12by4nobody has showedup. Recontacted Samsung tobe told that nobody services myarea and they will have refund/exchange call mein afew minutes. ByTuesday atnoon nobody has called. Called them back and they transferred meto the refund dept. After being onhold for anhourand 43minutes. Ihung upcontacted Nino's they said bring itback. Showed upWednesday with itand they exchanged itwith noproblem and actually gave usa little higher priced refrigerator. Came home plugged itin after 2hours the new Frigidaire isice cold and cooling perfect. Will keep using them because oftheir service and understanding.… – show

Nino’s has the lowest price aroundNWA. Iwas hesitant atfirst with how low the pricesare, Ifigured the items had tobe beaten upor not working, but Iwas pleasantly surprised with the item selection, condition and customer service. Everything Ihave went tolook at/purchase and other friends and family that have purchased items have always had the best experience and the items work, look and function just like brand new ones from other big box retailers, but for half the price!
